Arašídové máslo máme strašně moc rádi a už delší dobu jsem si říkala, že s ním musím udělat nějaký dezert. V kombinaci se sladkými datlemi a křupavými kousky arašídů půjdete do kolen. Recept vůbec není těžký, jen jsem se snažila popsat vám ho co nejdetailněji.

200 g datlí
100 g mandlí
150 g kokosu
+ 50 g arašídů
200 g arašídového másla
1 plechovka kokosového mléka (tuhá část)
2 pl javorového nebo agávového sirupu
ČOKOLÁDA
100 g hořké čokolády (ideálně 70-80%)
50 g arašídů
POSTUP
1. Datle si na půl hodiny namočíme do vody
2. Mandle a kokos si rozmixujeme na mouku a postupně přidáváme datle, mixujeme dokud z toho není jednotná hmota
3. Natlačíme do hranaté formy cca 20x20 (doporučuji si do ní dát potravinovou fólii nebo pečící papír, aby vám s tím šlo lépe manipulovat)
4. Krém si připravíme tak, že vyšleháme tuhou část kokosového mléka (je nutné dát ho alespoň na 12 hodin do ledničky) společně se sirupem a arašídovým máslem.
5. Na korpus dáme tenkou vrstvu krému a zasypeme pokrájenými arašídy
6. Navrstvíme zbytek krému a dáme alespoň na 4 hodiny do mrazáku
7. Rozkrájíme na tyčinky (pokud je máte už dost ztuhlé použijte nůž, který máte trochu nahřátý v teplé vodě)
8. Rozpustíme si čokoládu ve vodní lázni a vmícháme do ní posekané arašídy.
9. Tyčinky smáčíme v čokoládě a dáváme na talíř
10. Necháme ztuhnout v lednici, ale můžeme uchovávat i v mrazáku, alespoň nemusíte spěchat s tím je všechny sníst najednou :)
